#KnockOutTheFat Weekly Update

This week I am down .4 pounds and currently weigh 185 pounds which is down 6.6 pounds since the start of the campaign. My BMI is 29.9.

I have found a great way to stay active while sitting at my desk working many hours a day. I started using Spotify which is a free music service. Listening to music while I work keeps me moving and constantly burning calories whether I’m tapping my foot or dancing in my seat.

Food wise I’ve worked on eating dinner earlier which is one of the problems I brought up in last week’s post. I ate an earlier dinner 5 out of the 7 nights this past week. I also ate well pretty much the whole week. My only “bad” day was  Saturday when I was at a blogging event. I had a sandwich and salad for lunch and a salad for dinner but ate some cheesecake they served for afternoon snack and had a few too many snacks at the “after party” .

  1. Keeping yourself moving helps so much, doesn’t it!? I like using a yoga ball at my desk instead of a chair, too- switches things up a bit. Keep up the good work!!

  2. Way to go! The salad on Saturday was completely awesome, so I was glad for the opportunity to make good choices then. Of course, I was right there with you on the too much indulging at the after events. Only, my downfall wasn’t necessarily the snacks…
